I am offering a service called Balanced Dog Training. This type of training is unique because it utilizes mostly positive dog training to teach what behaviors are expected. When we are sure that the behaviors have been learned, we may give appropriate and light corrections to provide leadership when challenges arise. This is the most effective training technique to teach dogs and help them feel secure. I do offer puppy training, also. For this training, we will only use positive reinforcement to teach behavior. When puppies turn 6 months of age they will then be eligible for balanced dog training.
Basic Consultation
$75
During this meeting I will discover what the issues are with your dog or puppy. I will explain the program that we would use to change problem behaviors. We will discuss expectations and decide if we are a good match.
2 Week Basic Training
$150
This is the very begining where we set the dog or puppy up for success! You will learn leadership techniques and your dog will learn what the rules of the house will be. A stronger form of communication and leadership bond will have been established when this section is complete.
Follow up Lessons
$100 for each
After graduation from Basic training, we will practice obedience training and proper leash walking skills. Your dog or puppy will be looking to you for direction and guidance at this point. You will have established yourself as the leader and this will enhance the quality of your dogs life.
